Terms of Service

Terms of Service

These terms govern access to the Dossentry website and hosted evaluation demo. Paid production use, including self-hosted customer deployments, may also be governed by separate commercial terms such as an order form, MSA, or support agreement.

Effective date: April 11, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing the Dossentry website, submitting a workflow review request, or using the hosted demo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Intended use

Dossentry is intended for professional evaluation and business use. You may use the public website and demo only for legitimate product review, customer evaluation, or internal business purposes.

3. Guest demo rules

  • the guest demo is a shared evaluation workspace
  • sample data only; no expectation of persistence
  • demo data may be reset or removed without notice
  • do not upload confidential production data into the shared demo
  • do not interfere with or attempt to disrupt other users of the demo

4. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • misrepresent your identity or organization
  • share credentials outside authorized evaluation use
  • attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass security controls
  • use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity
  • upload malware, spam, or content that disrupts the service

5. Intellectual property

The Dossentry website, demo environment, software, content, branding, and related materials remain the property of Dossentry and its licensors unless separate written terms say otherwise.

6. No promise that the hosted demo equals final production deployment

The hosted demo is for evaluation. Formal production use may be provided through a self-hosted customer deployment, which can differ in infrastructure, configuration, user roles, support scope, and data storage design.

7. Disclaimers

The website and hosted demo are provided on an as is and as available basis. Dossentry does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose in the evaluation environment.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dossentry will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or hosted demo. Separate written paid-customer terms may define a different liability framework for commercial use.

9. Suspension or termination

Dossentry may suspend or terminate access to the website or demo for misuse, security issues, abusive behavior, or any conduct that threatens the service or other users.

10. Governing law

These terms are intended to be interpreted under California law, subject to any different governing-law terms in a signed commercial agreement.
